Needs a seperate baby insert
The Ergo Baby 360 is a multi position carrier which allows you to carry your baby in 4 carrying positions, when combined with the ergobaby infant insert. The four ergonomic positions are front forward, front parent facing, back carry and hip carry. This carrier has a unique bucket seat which is structured in order to keep your babys spine in a healthy C position. The back panel can be extended to support babys head or back as they grow. Used from 5.5kg or purchase the infant insert and use from 3.2kg.
*Technically the straps are crossable, however they are really awkward to cross so realistically we are saying no for crossable straps.
What experts say
Quite a “big name” carrier. It does allow forward facing. However, the bucket seat can be difficult to use, it does require a newborn insert which is bulky and hot and I don’t like the velcro waistband. This isn’t going to be the carrier for you if you have tall children or want a carrier that will fit right through to pre-school.

I must admit I hate the velcro adjustable belt, its loud and catches on pretty much everything! I have ruined too many nice tops with this carrier!
